Ae source our green beans from some of the best estates and cooperatives in the world and from there we are able to control quality from bean to roast to grind to cup.
We look for what's tasting good around the world and ship them here to Dunedin. From here we coordinate with Jason More at Vanguard and sort the roast profile that best suits the beans.
Once roasted the beans are bagged and sealed either for our grinders to be served in the cafe or for customers to take home.
